Dr. Hagens graduated from the School of Optometry in Waterloo, Ontario in 1991 on the Dean's Honor Roll. She started her career working as an associate in Kindersley, then opened her own clinic located in Oyen in 1992, where she has enjoyed practising ever since. She has now come full circle by adding a sister practise back where she began her career in Kindersley! Continuing education has always been of utmost importance to Dr. Hagens. This allows her to serve her patients with the most up-to-date technology and information possible. She strives to give her patients the very best of herself at all times, and respects and cares for each entering her door, knowing it is a privilege to be able to provide them with health care and vision correction. In her free time, Dr. Hagens enjoys spending time with her husband and children, as well as travelling to new places!
